She said yes!

One of the most exciting things over the Christmas holidays was that Will's baby sister Laura got engaged! We are so excited! We love Laura and Reed very much, and can't wait for July 18th!

We had a wonderful, very busy Christmas! Avery Carter enjoyed her first Christmas! She loved having all of her family around. These are a few of the highlights!

Colorado

Will and I had a wonderful vacation skiing (and shopping) in Colorado. We had so much fun with Brad and Molly. It was beautiful and very cold! We arrived on Wednesday, and it snowing. It snowed all day Thursday and didn't stop until Friday morning.

Shop til you drop...

Friday morning Laura, Claire, Avery Carter and I got up early and went shopping in Dallas. We had so much fun, and Avery Carter was an angel. What can we say, she has shopping in her blood. Santa, I am pretty sure he was the real one, came to the mall along with a real reindeer and Frosty the snowman. Avery Carter slept through Santa, then woke up in time to "Build a Bear." What fun!

Thanksgiving in Dallas!

We celebrated Avery Carter's first Thanksgiving in Dallas! We were there for Lee's(Will's brother)wedding. Will, Lee, and Mr. Harry fried turkeys Thanksgiving morning. We played sequence (with just a few arguements!) and ate way, way too much food.
